PACS, viewing and imaging AI for healthcare on the cloud

One platform to store, route, read and share medical images, with AI built into the radiologist’s workflow. It runs on premises, in the cloud or as a hybrid.

PacsWorks View showing a chest CT in lung and soft-tissue windows, the prior CT, a prior chest X-ray and an AI finding

Screens show demo data and synthetic images.

Built on the standards your systems already use.

DICOMImage storage, query, retrieve and modality worklist
DICOMwebWeb access to images for modern applications
HL7Orders, results and patient updates
FHIRAPI-based integration with health platforms
IHEIntegration profiles for multi-vendor sites

Everything between the scanner and the report.

Six products that work as one system or on their own. Start with the part you need now and add the rest without replacing what you already run.

PacsWorks PACS

One reading list for every study, from every site.

PacsWorks PACS stores, routes and presents imaging studies from all of your scanners and sites in a single worklist, so radiologists read in one place wherever the patient was scanned.

  • Priority, modality, site and AI flags in one list
  • Priors fetched before the case is opened
  • Routing and retention managed centrally

PacsWorks AI Hub

AI models run where the study already is.

PacsWorks AI Hub connects imaging AI applications to the PACS. It sends each study to the models that apply, then returns the results to the worklist and the viewer, where a radiologist decides what to keep.

  • Rules send each study to the right model
  • Results return to the worklist and viewer
  • Every decision logged for audit

PacsWorks Gateway

Images move reliably between every system you run.

PacsWorks Gateway sits between scanners, sites and destinations. It routes every study by rule, retries what fails and shows the whole flow on one monitor.

  • Rule-based routing with automatic retries
  • Tag morphing between vendors
  • Edge gateways at each site, managed centrally
About PacsWorks Gateway
PacsWorks Gateway screen

AI that radiologists confirm, not another screen to check.

AI Hub sends each study to the models that apply to it and returns the results into the worklist and viewer. A radiologist accepts, edits or rejects every finding before it reaches a report.

AI output is decision support. Clinical use of any model depends on that model’s own regulatory clearance. Images shown are synthetic.

Chest X-ray with an AI-flagged opacity
Chest X-ray triageFlags suspected opacities and moves the study up the worklist.
Chest CT with an AI-detected nodule
Lung nodule detectionMarks and measures nodules on chest CT, compared with the prior.
Brain MR with AI segmentation of the ventricles
Brain volumetrySegments and measures structures on brain MR.
Chest CT in soft-tissue window
Source images untouchedOverlays can be switched off; the original series is never altered.

On premises, in the cloud, or both.

The same software runs in every model, so you can change where it runs without changing what your radiologists use.

On premises

Servers in your own data centre, for direct control of infrastructure and fully local reading performance.

Hybrid

Reading and scanner traffic stay on site; the archive, disaster recovery or remote reading move to the cloud.

Cloud

Fully hosted and managed, with elastic storage and no imaging servers to run yourself.

How a project runs.

  1. Assess

We review your current systems, imaging volumes, sites and the points where work slows down.

  2. Design

We agree an architecture and a deployment model, and plan the order of change.

  3. Migrate and integrate

Legacy data is moved and reconciled, and interfaces to RIS, EMR and scanners are connected.

  4. Go live and support

Sites move over in phases, followed by ongoing support and monitoring.

Tell us about your imaging environment.

What you run today, where the bottlenecks are and how you expect to grow. We will come back with an architecture, not a product pitch.
